• Fax - send us a fax on 0870 479 2755 and simply tell us what product(s) you require, the card holder address, the delivery address, the credit card number, expiry date and, if a Switch Card, the issue number on the card. Please also let us have a contact number.
• Post - post your order, to GlobeWorld.co.uk, MB Interactive LLP, Suite C, 96 Victoria Street, St Albans, AL1 3TG, letting us know what product(s) you require, the delivery address and a contact number. Cheques should be made payable to 'MB Interactive LLP'. Please note that payment by cheque will add 4 days to the delivery time.

Refunds & Return Policy
In the event that you receive an order and then decide you no longer want it, please contact us and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the good, and we will give you a full refund within the next 30 days. Likewise, if you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good.
